I don’t treat portraits as posed headshots.
My goal is to capture presence — how you exist in the space, how light interacts with you, and how natural movement shapes the frame.
I guide when needed, but I leave room for spontaneity.
That balance is what creates images that feel confident, grounded, and real — not staged.

PLANNING YOUR SESSION AT BELICHE
Access: There’s parking above the beach and a staircase leading down. The walk is part of the experience — and we can even use it creatively before reaching the sand.
Wind Conditions: Beliche is more protected than many Sagres beaches, making it one of the most reliable locations for portrait work.
Timing: Late afternoon and sunset offer the most dimensional light, but the cliffs allow us to shoot successfully even earlier than other West Coast spots.
